Hello, Ashley here! Amy and I have both had busy weeks, and best of all we’ve seen loads of each other.
Amy posted an amazing recipe for coffee and chocolate cake. I want it, guys. I want it BADLY.
I posted my recipe for banana and chocolate bundt cake, which is one of my favourites. Bundt cakes are brilliant because they don’t take too long to cook – that hole in the middle means the air circulates and you don’t have to wait for an hour for it to cook (like you often do with a loaf cake).
Amy and I spent the day filming recipe vlogs for you guys on Sunday. We made some VERY exciting things. Here’s a clue. Things got messy.
Then on Tuesday Amy invited me and Lauren over to hers and Garry’s for dinner. She served baked camembert, followed by roast beef and veggies, followed by chocolate meringue pie. Yeah, you heard that right. CHOCOLATE MERINGUE PIE. It was beyond amazing. That woman has some serious skills. I ate two slices before waddling home.
