It’s time for our weekly round up of what we’ve both been up to since last Friday…!
Amy shared the most mouthwatering recipe for buffalo chicken chilli, which made me want to lick my screen. Doesn’t it look divine?
And I posted a recipe for my very best chocolate fudge cake – it’s done in 6″ tins so it stays beautifully light and moist, plus it looks so cute on a cake stand. I want to face plant into that frosting.
I also experimented with an apple crumble cake recipe this week. I tested it out on my colleagues and got largely positive feedback but I’m still ironing out the kinks. Hopefully I will be posting that one soon.
Amy sent me a rather beautiful snapchat when she went to see Thor. The girl’s talents are plain wasted working in digital – she should be in residence at the Tate.
Amy’s vlog this week is on how to melt chocolate – she gives you all the tips on how to avoid your chocolate seizing, burning, or otherwise going wrong when you’re trying to melt it. Sound advice, but be warned – you will be hungry after about 15 seconds.

We went to Wahaca on Wednesday and I took this rather gorgeous photo of Amy. Five minutes later she was stuffing a burrito into her face and it was HOT.
